I hereby submit a petition to complain about the actions of DJ Pon, DJ Pon's fans, and all website owners, who have committed several offenses under the law.
I am Ms. Meenstar, a writer and songwriter, daughter of Police Lieutenant Colonel Thianchai, former Deputy Superintendent of Investigation at the Provincial Police Station, and Mrs. Krongkarn, former Deputy Director of Legal and Credit at CIMB Bank.
I would like to recount the events of 2010, when I met DJ Pon, a DJ on Camfrog, in the same room as DJ Pak (who in real life works in sales and whom I knew before). DJ Pon spoke disrespectfully to me, and we exchanged insults via Facebook.
Subsequently, DJ Pon's fans posted damaging information about me on various websites and posted my picture on a popular online chat site. I have already filed legal charges against DJ Pon, all of DJ Pon's fans, and all website owners for the following offenses:
1. Violation of my privacy rights
2. Violation of the Computer Crime Act regarding posting...
3. Defamation causing damage.
4. Conspiracy to commit a crime by two or more people.
5. Civil case.
6. Criminal case.
7. Violation of the privacy of my mother, Ms. Krongkarn.
8. Violation of the privacy of my father, Pol. Lt. Col. Thianchai.
9. Violation of the privacy of my uncle.
10. Violation of the privacy of my aunt-in-law.
11. Violation of the privacy of my brother.
12. Violation of the privacy of my sister.
All the messages posted by the fans were extremely careless because the IP addresses on the computers, mobile phone numbers, phone brands and models, and computer brands and models reveal everything. It's not difficult to trace them.
There is plenty of evidence, which was in the police's hands since the day the incident occurred.
To find out who the fans of DJ Pon and the owners of all the websites are, observe the mobile phone usage in conversations.
Knowing this, would company presidents still dare to hire employees who break the law without fearing that their employees will damage every organization?
People like this should be fired.
May Your Majesties enjoy good health and remain a source of protection and guidance for the people for generations to come.
With the deepest respect,
MeanStar
